  1. Hello everyone, I am the owner of an online clothing store. I have been working with ChronoPay for about 2.5 years now. Previously worked with robokassa and, left them due to some problems with processing (there were days when processing did not work for about 12 hours). In general, this did not suit me anymore, since the company’s turnover is quite large. I turned to Chronopay on the recommendation of friends and since then we have been working stably, without failures and any visible problems, which is the main, I repeat, priority.

  2. Support cannot be contacted. First, about yourself in Russian, then in English, and then they completely turn off. And the site advertises itself as 24/7 service and support. In general, I was not impressed and did not get through. It may be better to initially select the language in the menu. Everyone will choose their own language.

  3. Rude people and boors. What is the value of the answer received after 8 hours “Although, of course, you can be content with my answer that if something is written in the documentation, then this is probably not just like that.” And the question was simple: “please specify from which IP you are making requests for payment confirmation? I have, and in the documentation Which one is correct?”
